Our Franchise Process

Are we the right business for you? Are you a good fit for us? Ultimately, these are the questions that need to be answered thoughtfully and completely. Right at Home has a deep regard for transparency, as we believe it is pertinent that both parties choose one another with all the information possible. We commit to this transparency with all of our potential Franchisees, and we expect the same from those we consider developing a partnership with. After all, we hope to be in business together for a long time.

Cost and Criteria

Before entering the process, candidates must meet our foundational benchmarks to ensure long-term stability and operational success.

Experience and Skills

We recruit partners who possess solid management and basic business experience. Our operating systems are designed to support local owners as they grow, so we look for individuals who understand the value of following a structured system, managing employees effectively, and actively implementing our marketing framework within their territory.

Financial Requirements

Initial Franchise Fee: €45,000 (plus VAT). This fee secures your contractually protected territory, initial induction training, and access to Right at Home’s proven operating systems.

Total Initial Investment: Typically, you will need between €100,000 – €150,000 which includes the initial franchise fee (€45k plus VAT) and the essential working capital required to fund early operations and payroll cycles. These costs are reviewed with you in detail during the qualification process.
